What does "per tenant" mean?
One tenant = your organization's workspace. You pay one flat monthly fee for the whole tenant, not per user. Pro starts at $19/month (Small — 10 users) and scales through Medium and Large; Unlimited removes the user cap entirely.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Prorated charges or credits are applied automatically.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — nonprofits, education, and government organizations get 25–40% off. Annual prepay also receives a discount. Talk to sales.
What currencies do you accept?
USD by default. AED, SAR, EUR, GBP invoicing on Unlimited — ask sales at setup.
