Every project, from business need to measured benefit.
maham+ runs your PMO's governance from start to finish: ten stage gates, sponsor approval, change control and budget sign-off. It works in Arabic and English, in the cloud or on your own servers, including networks with no internet connection.
Ten stages. One owner at every gate.
With the lifecycle switched on, every initiative follows the same governed path, and each gate names who decides.

Closure and benefits
Benefits assessed, KPIs measured · PMO closes
With the lifecycle on, an initiative becomes a project when its sponsor approves the charter, and its lifecycle closes only when the benefits are measured.
Structured for the PMO. Clear for everyone doing the work.
Approvals, budgets, risks and reports sit in one place, and every decision has a named owner and a record.
Decisions with an owner
Every approval has a named decider, and sponsors and unit managers can hand their approvals to a deputy while they are away. Sign-offs are never handed to the people whose request they judge, and, with the lifecycle on, changes to scope, schedule or budget can be raised as a six-step change request.
Money under control
Budget change requests approved by a second manager, contracts and purchase orders with payments drawn against them, and, when you switch it on, payment approval by someone other than the person who entered the payment.
The right view for every role
PMO, portfolio and executive dashboards, and My Work for everyone else. Every figure comes from your own records, and a card with no records yet is clearly labeled as sample data.
Arabic and English, natively
Right-to-left layouts and Gantt, project templates and a user guide in both languages, and your own weekend for task dates.
Deploys where your data must stay
Our cloud or your own servers, including networks with no internet connection. Sign in through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or an OpenID Connect provider such as ADFS (ask us about yours).
Your AI, on your terms
Connect your organization's own OpenAI-compatible AI provider; on self-hosted maham+ it can be a model server on your own network. It helps write in Arabic or English and answers only from what each person is allowed to see. Every AI call is audited.

The views your teams work in every day
Board, table, Gantt and phases on every project, plus a spreadsheet-style sheet for project managers and the PMO, with a capacity planner, a risk register and reports alongside.

TWI: a priority score, not a label.
The Task Weight Index turns a gut-feel priority into one number. This is the formula maham+ uses to score tasks: move the sliders to see how Importance, Urgency, Effort and Duration combine.
Formula TWI=(3 × 3 × 3)÷8
Bigger, more urgent, heavier tasks score higher; a longer duration spreads that weight across more working days.
Right to left, from the ground up.
Arabic and English in one interface, right-to-left native: mirrored layouts, a right-to-left Gantt, Arabic project templates, an Arabic user guide, and AI writing help that keeps Arabic in Arabic.
Set your organization's weekend days, and task durations, due dates and the Gantt follow them. Time zones are set per organization and per person.
